Pairdel
2024 - 2025
peer-to-peer delivery, logistics
Context
Every day, people travel across borders with spare capacity in their suitcases, while others need someone to purchase or pick up an item abroad and deliver it straight to their door. Traditional shipping can be slow. Professional couriers are usually expensive.
Pairdel is a peer-to-peer platform that connects shoppers with travelers already heading their way.
By turning spare capacity in suitcases into on-demand delivery, Pairdel makes international shopping cheaper and more convenient, without relying on slow logistics or costly courier services.
My Approach
It was a full-speed sprint from day one to launch. I made fast, first-principle decisions and validated them through quick team conversations.
The deeper challenge was designing for trust. In a marketplace where strangers exchange packages and personal details across borders, every user flow, screen, and line of copy had to feel instantly secure and reassuring, because trust wasn’t a feature. It was the foundation.
